Tennis Awards ordering FAQ

1. How long will it take to have my awards engraved?
Engraving can be ready for shipment in 2-3 business days.

2. What is the price of shipping?
Please see the shipping and handling chart below for UPS ground shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. If overnight air, 2-day air, or 3-day guarantee must be used to meet your in-hands date, we will provide you with a quoted cost for shipping (please note that 2-day air or 3-day guarantee is not available in all areas). Please call a NetKnacks sales representative for a shipping quote to an APO address (UPS will not deliver to an APO address, so items must be sent using USPS), Alaska, Hawaii, or the Caribbean.

3. What if my delivery address is outside the United States?
NetKnacks is happy to ship anywhere in the world. Please call a NetKnacks sales representative for a shipping quote. All shipping quotes are in US dollars and can change depending on exchange rates.

4. Do you have a minimum order?
You may order as few as one of any of our engraved or blank merchandise.  We do have a minimum order on screen printed items; please see the descriptions under each award for the minimums.

5. Do you give discounts?
If you are ordering 50 or more pieces of an engraved product (with all the engraving information the same) or more than the quantity listed of a screen printed product, please call and ask a NetKnacks representative.

6. Is there an extra charge for engraving?
All of our prices in the catalog include free engraving as shown; the only additional charges may be if you request engraving on a second location or a 1 time set up charge of $35 for your club or association logo.

7. How do I get my club logo to you?
You must mail or e-mail the artwork to sales@tennisawards.com . A faxed copy is not usable. If you mail your logo, it must be on white paper in black ink with no half tones and crisp clean lines. If you e-mail your logo, it should be sent in a one color version as an .eps with a 600 dpi resolution for a PC – a .jpg or .tif file is not usable. Any artwork requiring modification is billed at $30 per hour.

8. Can you engrave the 2 crossed racquets on my awards?
We will add this to your award with any text you may want at no charge.

9. How many lines can I engrave on an item?
This depends on how large the engraving area is on each item.  Please call for specific item details.

10. How long does it take to screen print awards?
It can take 5-15 business days to screen print products such as water jugs and bags, depending on the item.

11. What is a screen charge?
On screen printed merchandise, a screen is produced for each color in your artwork. If all of your text and logo is one color, you will incur a $50 screen charge. If you want a 2 color imprint, you will incur a total $80 charge.

12. What if I want to have some of my screen printed awards say “champion” and some say “finalist”?
Due to the screen printing process, which allows this to be done, you will incur 2 screen charges of $50 each. Some items, such as bag tags, require at least 100 to be imprinted with the exact same information. Call for details on specific items.

13. What is an art proof?
It is important to us to confirm the accuracy of information that you wish to have screen printed and in some cases engraved on products.   We will e-mail or fax you an art proof for your approval or changes to insure this accuracy.  Please respond immediately to an art proof, as waiting will delay the awards moving to production, which will delay delivery time.

14. What if I want engraving in 2 places on an award?
There is an additional charge of $5 per award for a second location engraving.
